Please take a moment to read through my terms of service agreement before requesting a commission. This agreement serves to protect both you as the Client and myself as the Artist. If you have questions regarding this agreement and/or the commission itself, feel free to reach out to me by sending me a DM on Ko-Fi, a neomail on Neopets (flopsie_bunny) or a DM on Discord (flopsie_bunny).
By continuing with the commissioning request process, you are agreeing to these terms. Do not commission me if you do not agree with these terms. If you are in breach of these Terms of Service, your commission may be cancelled and any refunds will be subject to the refund terms below.
Please note: These terms are subject to change, therefore, if you are a returning customer, please take note of any updates before requesting another commission. Last updated: 31/01/2024
Basics
- Clients under the age of 18 are permitted, however, the client must either make use of their personal funds or have permission from their parent/legal guardian to use theirs. I will not be held responsible for receiving funds that the client does not have permission to use. Any cancellations and/or refunds in regards to this will still be subject to the cancellation and refund terms below.
- The Client must provide a detailed description of their requirements for the commission. These requirements, however, must fall within the scope of the requested ko-fi listing. These requirements may include specific poses (including a stick figure doodle is very welcomed!), scenery, themes, and even a specific due date. Anything not included will be left to my interpretation.
- A clear visual reference of the Client’s character must be included before work is started on the commission. This reference may also be in the form of a **customisation screenshot. Requests made without the inclusion of a clear visual reference are subject to being cancelled and refunded.
- Works of completely original characters may also be requested (IE character designs that don’t reference a Neopet), however, the Client then warrants that the character design, reference material and other intellectual property provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorised for use by the Client.
- The Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith as well as provide work that is 100% original according to the Artist’s best knowledge.
- The Artist warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.
- The Client will only be receiving Digital Goods that will be delivered digitally (there will be no physically shipped goods to receive).
- All final deliverables will be provided to the Client by the Artist using Google Drive or similar file transfer tools.
Content Restrictions
- The Artist has the right to decline any commission that they do not feel comfortable drawing. This may include characters or themes that do not fall within the Artist’s style or capabilities such as very complex mech designs (robot Neopets are fine).
- The Artist will not create content that falls within the Neopets content restrictions. This includes content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate. (requests that cannot be posted on Neopets will not be accepted).
